Kehillat Ohel Efraim is a warm and growing Jewish community centered around our shul Ohel Efraim in Ariel. We have a mix of Olim and Sabras, young and old who learn and daven together. We invite you to be part of our community and are proud of the fact that Jews from all different backgrounds feel comfortable in our shul.
The shul is led by Rav Hillel Maizels, a graduate of Yeshivat Har Etzion (“Gush”). Rav Hillel teaches shiurim in Hebrew and English and answers all halachic questions. He is available for guidance in all stages of life cycle events such as weddings, bar and bat mitzva, brisses, simchot bat, and bereavements.
Ariel, the capital of the Shomron is a diverse city which is growing and recognizes its strategic location for Israel’s security.
Our shul is a resource for all of Ariel’s residents.
To be notified about upcoming shul events you can join the listserve by e mailing Rav Hillel.
